Small ADUs

250 - 400 sq. ft

Best suited for compact studios, guest accommodations, or properties where available space is limited. Many of our small ADU designs are also used as a baseline for garage conversions.

Mid-Size ADUs

450 - 600 sq. ft

Provides enough room for a comfortable studio or full one-bedroom layout while maintaining a relatively compact footprint.

Large ADUs

650 - 950+ sq. ft

Best for two-bedroom layouts, longer-term living, or households needing more separation and storage.
