At Selaro, the architecture, layouts, planning, and project documentation shown throughout our work are created and developed by our team. We use AI selectively as a visualization tool to help present those designs in a more realistic and engaging way.

AI & Visualization Disclosure

AI may be used to enhance architectural renderings, improve lighting and material realism, add landscaping, or introduce basic interior styling such as furniture, artwork, and decorative elements.

These tools help us communicate what a finished space could feel like, but they do not determine the architecture itself.

What AI Does Not Design

AI is not used to independently create or approve the architectural design of our projects. Building layouts, dimensions, room configurations, additions, ADUs, exterior forms, and other architectural decisions are developed through our design process.

Permit drawings, construction documents, and project-specific planning are based on the actual project—not on AI-generated imagery.

Architectural Renderings

Some images on our website are architectural visualizations rather than photographs of completed construction. AI-assisted rendering may be used to improve the presentation of these images while preserving the underlying design.

Materials, furnishings, landscaping, lighting, and other visual details shown in a rendering may differ from the final constructed project.

Our goal is simple: to make architectural ideas easier to understand.

AI allows us to present our work more clearly and realistically while keeping the design itself grounded in the decisions, drawings, and planning developed by our team.
