Selaro specializes in customer communication. We work out various designs over video calls with you to ensure we're getting it right.
We handle getting projects prepared, coordinated, submitted, and approved by the city.
Depending on the project, we coordinate with structural engineers, civil engineers, energy consultants, surveyors, and other specialists required for permitting. These are all per-project partners and consultants, and are not internal employees of Selaro.

General Contractor Duties
Selaro does not act as the general contractor or manage building the project. Once permits are approved, clients can work with the contractor of their choice.
It is common for us to coordinate with the contractor during the design and permitting process when needed
