Project Challenges

The challenge was adding significant new living space while integrating the additions with the existing two-story structure and rooflines. Major interior changes also required careful coordination with new structural systems.

Full Scope of Work

  • 440 sq. ft. second-floor addition

  • Kitchen, bathroom, and interior remodel

  • Window replacement, patio-cover removal, and 200-amp service upgrade

Our Design Solutions

We reorganized and expanded both floors to create a more functional layout while maintaining a cohesive connection to the existing home. New roof forms, framing, windows, and building systems were incorporated throughout the renovation.
